IvorySafe is a guided, encrypted vault for everything your family would need to know in a crisis. So when the worst happens, the people you love aren't left scrambling.
Tap each question to see why it matters. Notice how many you couldn't answer for the person you love most.
The important details of your life need to be written down somewhere your family can find them, so that if something happens, they can keep the household running and get your affairs in order without scrambling. IvorySafe makes that simple.
Tell us about your life so we only ask about what's relevant to you.
Section by section, capture what matters. Everything autosaves as you go, and your vault is end-to-end encrypted.
Pick who can access your vault, when, and on your terms. They get a free emergency contact account, no full subscription needed.
Your vault stays locked to everyone but you. If one of your emergency contacts ever needs it, here's exactly how access works.
Choose the people you trust most. Each one sets up a free IvorySafe account of their own, with nothing to pay, so they're ready if the day ever comes.
An emergency contact can report you as deceased or incapacitated. That doesn't open your vault right away. First, a waiting period you set in advance has to pass, anywhere from six hours to two weeks.
During the waiting period you set for your emergency contacts, IvorySafe reaches out to confirm you're alive and well. Nothing is released while we wait to hear back from you.
If you respond to let us know you're okay, the report is cancelled and your vault stays private. Only if the waiting period ends with no response does access open to your emergency contacts.
You can update your emergency contacts and their waiting windows anytime.
Start your 14-day free trialIf the person you share your life with died tomorrow, you could call the bank. Sit on hold. Prove you're next of kin. Fax over a death certificate. Wait three weeks.
You could reset every password, one by one, except you don't know which email they used for each account, and some of them send the reset link to a phone number that's been disconnected.
You could go through every drawer, every filing cabinet, every old laptop, hoping you find the policy number for the life insurance you're pretty sure exists.
Or flip it.
If something happened to you tomorrow, they'd be the ones calling the bank. Sitting on hold. Resetting passwords they don't have the recovery answers for. Searching through drawers for things only you knew how to find.
Whichever side of this you'd be on, one thing is true: they'd be doing it while planning a funeral. While your kids are asking questions no one knows how to answer. While someone is supposed to be grieving.
Or it could all already be in one place.
IvorySafe was built so that even we can't see what's inside your vault. The information you store is yours, encrypted on your device before it ever reaches our servers.
Your vault is encrypted on your device before it ever reaches our servers. We store the encrypted data, but we don't hold the key.
Our security practices follow the SOC 2 framework, the same standard used by banks and healthcare companies to protect sensitive data.
Hosted on Digital Ocean with AWS S3 for encrypted storage and backups. Both providers serve millions of businesses, with redundancy, monitoring, and physical security built in.
We don't sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than running your vault. You're paying for the product. You aren't the product.
